NES 203 Middle Grades Mathematics 5hr Study and Test

315 minutes ( 15 minutes preparation, 300 or 5 hours testing time).

我没有好好准备。The test name, Middle Grade Mathematics, is misleading. I thought it is basically arithmetic questions. But it is not. 

1. Many probability and statistics questions, venn diagram. 

2. Many measurements, for example, one work take 3 people 6 hours to finish. One spend XXXX seconds, one spend 1.86 hours, the third spend 2 hours 45 minutes and 5 seconds. 运算量很大。

3. Many transformation questions.

4. Test asymptote . Not prepare for it.

Officical Practic 1

 注意raw score 不是做对题的数目，要减去错的题数 ×0.25。做对38道题，做错12道题。

38 － 12 ×0.25 = 35,     分数650. 。几乎都是粗心。也是很久不做题了。

45 － 5×0.25 = 44,     分数740。是粗心。

When I think of a tangent line, I am kind of overthinking. I didn't notice y = c, it must be a horizontal line. So I try to draw a tangent line at any point. It is difficult. Then, I notice it is y = c. Everything becomes easy.
